My business is 100% web-based, and virtually 100% of the time payment is made via paypal or credit card When people send checks, especially without contacting us first , they sometimes get cashed by my secretary without an order being printed, because checks come in with little information as to what they are, and truthfully we only get a “check in the mail” kind of order maybe once a year We’re a tiny company and don’t have procedures in place for check payment, and unfortunately they sometimes slip thru the cracksComplicating this is that my secretary moved out of town and the new one I just hired probably didn’t realize what to do with this check other than cash it IT was an unfortunate series of events all at once, and for that I apologize That said, I am surprised that [redacted] sent emails that got returned as undeliverable, because that just isn’t the case we’re here, and we answer emails I have absolutely nothing from here on my servers SO here’s the bottom line I’ll be happy to refund her today, and in addition I’ll send her a full set of CD’s for free I’ll send you the UPS tracking number later today I want to keep all my customers happy., and believe me for $32.50, I’m not going to risk any teensy part of my otherwise perfect ‘customers are happy” reputation!!! Review: In January of 2014 I sent a check dated 1/21/14, for the purchase of 2 C.D.s.According to my bank statement the check was cashed 1/31/14.The amount was for 32.50.Delivery on the HeartMagic website said 1 to 2 weeks.I have not received any C.D.s.My attempt to make contact with the company through e-mail was sent back to me, undeliverable.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund or the merchandise I ordered.
