Review: Please be advised that Hearts Delight owes me the sum of $525.69 because I bought 2 items at the Pirate Festival in Vallejo for $525.69 one of which needs to be mailed. I informed Deborah that I would return the men's coat if she cannot find my size xxL as my partner & I need to match. I called her 6/20/13 & she said the item has been sold even when she told me it would be on hold for me. She said that she would try to find a size for me & I have never heard from her since.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $525.69

Review: My self and my boyfriend went to the mid Michigan Holly festival where we found hearts delight. I stated to one of women shouting in the middle of the store- I wanted to know how much the corsets are? She said loudly 100 to 150, and would I like to try one on.I stated yes I would so she yelled is any one free to assist in a fitting.An employe yelled out I am free-The store was pretty filled with browsing customers',The lady who assisted my self stated her name was lorri, and she asked me what I wanted to try on, I said a corset.full body corset.She said that corset would be 150.00 She had us follow her to the rack next to the exit of the store and took on off the rack. As she fitted me she said because I was waring a bra- it will look different and fit better when I dont have one on due to how this over the bust corset is made to fit the body.My boy friend and my self asked her how to lace it up correctly as he would have to do this for me so we needed to know in which direction to lace and pull, she explained. After being tied in tightly she asked how does that feel and I said great, she pointed out a mirror so I could look and see the fit,It was great and I told her on the stop I wanted it and that we were buying it. She said this is the one you want and I said yes.Then she went up to the women at the cashiers desk and said she is buying a corset, she went in the back and brought out 2 in packaging, and asked what design I wanted, I told her black and picked the one with swirls in the material, She gave us a off kinda look and then handed the package to the cashier, Now we never took the item out of the package to verify in the store that what we were lead to believe was a full body corset was in fact a full body corset , and the price was almost 170.00 with tax, My boyfriend stuck the receipt in his pocket and we thanked lorri for all the help and left. We drove 2 hrs to get to this festival and the same time back home. I put the package in the drawer and planned on waring it the next week. When I pulled it out of the packaging the next week it was not a corset but a under the bust waist cincher. Because the only phone number that was on the receipt was for California, that is all we could call. And we called to complain and have them make this purchase right.We spoke with the owner who was rude, who talked over my self and my boy friend who had paid cash for the item,She as well told me I was never fitted, that I bought a cincher, that she would not make it right and no corset in the store was 150 nore did any person in the store tell me it was 150. I told her I was fitted with over 30 people looking at me being fitted in a full corset and that we were told what I was fitted for was 150 or we would not have bought it. She would not listen to our requests to make this purchase right and she hung up on us, but not before we told her we were going to contact the festival and file a formal complaint.Bad business with this company and how it treats customers and blatant fraud.On 9/27/2014 my boyfriend after calling the security went back up there to get his money back or have the correct item I was fitted for exchanged.When he got there they refused to again fix the problem, refused to give his money back, and with a security guard present demanded the business license that they must have in order to conduct business in Michigan so he could get the info to file against. They refused to let him see it and told him they did not have to let him see it.So now we will be contacting the courts and filing a law suit against this company. I would be very very Leary about conducting any and all business with this company as they are not on the up and up and scam at will and refuse to comply with law. I will never do business with them again.Desired Settlement: We are seeking a full refund of all moneys paid ,Due to the non compliance of request to see business license to conduct business in the state of Michigan, and the switch of the item fitted for ,we demand a full refund.
