Falsely accusing me of having sleep apnea and over supplying me with unnecessary supplies that I don't need.
Mr., Heartstrong did not diagnose you with Obstructive Sleep Apnea, your physician diagnosed you. Heartstrong simply performed the test and sent the results to your physician and employer. Your physician prescribed CPAP therapy as a result of your test results. Heartstrong provided the necessary supplies prescribed by your physician on your original visit with us on 6/10/16 and We have no record of sending you supplies beyond that date, nor would we. If you have proof of delivery from our company, unused supplies from our company, delivery tickets, etc., we would love to see them Otherwise, Please direct your complaints to your employer and your physician, as this is a false accusation against our business. You are more than welcome to contact us to discuss this further.
