Review: Original design of kitchen cabinets included 2 adjustable shelves to be installed in 2 cabinets for a total of 4 shelves.

These shelves have not been installed and the job has been paid for in full by the customer. Heartwood was contacted on Feb 8th 2016 of the missing shelves and the owner responded that it was an oversight and apologized for such. However many weeks passed with no further update from Heartwood. Heartwood has been contacted by email, phone and text multiple times since then asking for an update on when the job would be completed and the owner never responded. The owner was notified on March 20 that the Revdex.com would be notified if a response was not received. On March 21 the owner responded by text message that "frankly those little shelves have been the least of his worries". The owner was then notified by text on March 24 that he had to the end of March to have the shelves installed to our satisfaction. There has been no continued response from Heartwood and today is the last day of March.

We just need to have the job completed. The job has been paid for in full since November.Desired Settlement: Install the 4 shelves per design to the customers satisfaction within the next week.
