Jan 15, I placed an order for Order # [redacted] (hat) & was told by their advertising, I'd receive it by Jan 20th (The Womens March 1/20/18) I've sent several emails regarding an update on eta of hatThe company finally replied March 7, AFTER I advised them I was reporting themThey claimed my item was mailed that weekToday is Friday March 22nd and I have yet to receive my item

We clearly state on our product description for this product that this particular product takes several weeks to shipThe customer was made aware of this fact both before and after her purchaseShe will receive her purchase, per the timeframe as noted on the website

On January 10, I placed an order for a "free" *** hat with this organizationWhile the hat was free, they still charged my credit card on Jan for shipping ($8.95)It has been nearly a month since I placed my orderSince that time, I have emailed them three timesThe first time (Jan 17) I did receive a reply saying that my hat would ship in a few weeksI sent another email on Jan and Feb and have not yet received a replyI have also sent a message on Facebook on January 30, to which I have still not received a replyAlso, I sent a message through their web site on the Contact Us pageNormally I would be patient, however when I went on their Facebook page, under the Community tab, there were similar complaintsPlus, during the period between Jan and Jan 29, I received three promotional emails from this company advertising more hats and merchandise in stock

I placed an order (#***) on 1/20/for a sweatshirt and a headband with this companyI received the wrong item (I wanted a zip up hoodie and received a pullover type) and have emailed them SIX TIMES trying to exchange this sweatshirt and received NO REPLY! I do however receive DAILY emails advertising other merchandiseI never received the headband eitherIn my last two emails to this company I let them know I was going to report them and still heard nothingConveniently; they have a day return policy! I’m thoroughly displeased with their total lack of customer serviceThe company also DOES NOT publish a phone contact number

January I place and order that consist of shirts and headwear itemsI have received the shirts but not the headwearI have reached out to this company so many times via email, website and Facebook
Once I was told that they were back ordered because a shipment never made it to their warehouse but I should receive them ASAP because new shipment was coming
Well that never happenedI inquired several times on Facebook and Facebook messenger after getting no response any longer from emailMy comments were tagged as spam, then deleted and now blocked
I have no others way to contact themHowever I still get their promotional emails still advytje headwear!!!
If they do not plan on completing my order I wish to return shirts for a full refund
Please advise on what I should be doing or what steps to take to resolve my issue

HearUsRoar, based at *** *** ** in *** ** is an online business I saw its advertisement of a free headband on Facebook and looked further into how to receive a free headband It was promoting the Women's March, which is occurring tomorrow The catch was that you had to buy another item to get the free headband I ordered a sweatshirt, which arrived on time Despite several attempts at communication, I've not received the headband or any tracking on its shipment The problem here is the ethics of promising something for free and then failing to deliver that while the customer fulfills their part of the deal by purchasing an item Granted, it was a scam, and a well played one, but I hope that the Revdex.com of Texas is interested in protecting other customers from this scam being perpetrated in your capital It is dishonest advertising
