I called Mr.Yates on a late Saturday evening after calling all the bigger companies which was to busy on the weekend,& not only did he drive an hour and half away from home but he went though every detail he could find with mehe returned on Sunday & replaced my whole AC unit

Absolutely wonderful!!!! Fred went above and beyond for me to help me with my A/C unit My unit died in the middle of summer with temps at 90+! I need a whole new unit Fred went more than the extra mile in assisting me with a temporary solution for cooling while he helped me to get financing for a new one He kept me informed of progress along the way and was very kind and courteous and prompt They did a stellar job with the installation and getting my home comfortable I've already referred some friends to him for their HVAC needs and will continue to recommend him to anyone I know without hesitation Heat & Air Doctor is a company you can trust completely
