The service I book was on Tuesday morning. I have waited for the whole morning in the apartment and got a phone call in the evening said they fail to send worker on that day. And rearranged it on Friday. Worker is one hour later on Friday. I have ask for a few things to repair on that day and they only sent a plumping guy who can only change my shower cartridge. The inspection took 20mins and he went out to get the parts. It took them more than one hour to get back. And fixed it for 20mins. The total price is 220 for labor and The material they charge is 190(before tax) which comes to 410 before tax. When I asked for the material receipt, The worker says he don't have it. When I was opening the door for him I accidentally saw the notebook on the floor with the receipt it shows the material is 130 dollars after tax. I asked him for the receipt, he closed his note book and won't let me see it again. I called the heat air afterwards the connecter told me they will markup the material price. Then I asked him for the standards for the markup they put me on hold and then told me it 35%. I can't find how to compute 130 after tax markup with 35% change to 190 before tax. I do not care about the 80 dollars. What I'm not satisfied is it not the same when I called the first time. They didn't told me there is a markup. The price on material is not transparent. What if I didn't see the recipes how much they gonna charge for the material? What if the material is more. And how much markup they going to charge in that case. I just want to let others know there is a markup. Be cautious if you decide to choose this company.
