Few weeks back we had a problem where our furnace started blowing cold air. This company came out gave us a list of things needed. They said they fixed it where we could get temporary heat until we decided to fix a gas valve and blower motor. We called couple days later to have them go ahead and fix the things that needed to be fixed. We told them before they did any work on the furnace to let us know if we would need to get a new furnace due to we didnt want to put the 810.00 into this furnace if we needed a new one.The worker at the time said it was still a good furnace and with the new parts we should be good.a week later we list heat again called up they said we needed a new switch owner said he would send out someone at no charge to fix. Person came out left and still no heat. We had a 2nd opinion come out and at the first visit was told it was the heat exchanger and we needed a new furnace. All of the new parts put in were not needed and wrre not tgd cause of the heat problem.wd asked the owner for our money back and he refused.
Response taken by phone: We were called for the initial repair on a Sunday, so naturally there was extra cost. It is an older furnace so we gave them the option to repair or replace. They chose to have the unit repaired. We returned a few days later to fix the unit. Three week later we get a call because something else had failed. We installed the new part, free of charge and recommended replacing the unit. It does not make sense to keep replacing parts. We offered to credit the amount that had been spent on repairs plus an additional $200 towards the purchase of a new furnace but we did not get the final approval. We did the repairs and got the unit running on 2 separate occasions. A refund for the work we did is not warranted.

We were NOT told we needed a new furnace we told them to look at the furnace before doing the repairs and let us know if we needed a new furnace then we would get one. They said it was still a good unit and we didnt need one. So they did the repairs. Then right after that person left the furnace still sid not work. The people that installed our new furnace told us the parts that were replaced on our furnace had nothing to do with the problem we were having with our furnace
