 The offer was made between the company and my ex wife for her stolen and broken possessions my otterman that was broke and my bed set that had chunks of wood broken off is worth way more than that. The only person that tried to help me said I couldn't file a claim because I didn't have the claim number which was purposely ripped by your company. I claimed $10000 in personal property with your company. This is just a way to not have to pay a veteran who has been taken terrible advantage of with my injuries such as [redacted] I do not operate or think clearly sometimes like not reading reviews on your company before paying for services.

   The response made by Around the Clock Movers is entirely false.  At no time did I request or agree to $150. nor request $500.  I have email correspondence stating my initial request was for my suitcase with all the items return to me, I included a list of the items and total value $2500.  They returned an email stating the contract coverage is not for full value , but only $0.60 cent per pound!! They also told me due to I packed the suitcase they cannot pay me for items they can't prove in suitcase!! The best offer was $100!!  I have emails (I can attach if needed) of this conversation.  I've only ask for my suitcase with my personal belongings to be return to me, I'm not trying to get anything more than what's properly owed to me.   As I stated in my initial complaint, they are rude and condescending, they prefer to point finger at customer, then solve the issue.

Revdex.com:  All this shady company is doing is prolonging and stalling this situation. It has already been established that no deal has been made with me [redacted]. These scam artist know no deal was made toward my lost and stolen goods. How long are they allowed to keep responding with the same lame and untrue statement. I will not remove any reviews nor will I let this go. I will exhaust all my options as a veteran to ensure I am reimbursed and something is done about Around The Clock Scammers

and has called to speak with management. We are missing many items including parts and screws to my childrens beds. My grandmother was able to speak with someone, and he yelled at her many times on the phone. He told her he didn't care about our belongings and that they would not look for the items that THEY lost. When they finally delivered some of our things, we received another person's items. The company did not care about that. They will not help in finding our items, so now our children are without their beds, toys, clothing is missing as well as marriage certificates and death certificates and my grandmother's car title. Sincerely,[redacted]

HiThe customer contact us the minute we understand that we going to have a problem with them we gave them a discount of the remaining balance the big issue with them is they gave us the wrong ZIP Code in Texas which made us change our route 750 miles difference which in case the waiting date is...

Hiat first the nice lady asked for $150 when we asked what for she claimed that she lost time from work we were kind enough to agree but then she asked for $500  after we already agreed on a price to compromise her  And now she is asking for $1000 we are running a business with...

a lot of happy customers we are not going to be extorted by anyone

Hicustomer signed the waiver An agree for $800we ask the customer to provide us with his bank account info in order for us to do a wire transaction they never provide us with any information

to whom it may concern:   This letter is to confirm that Around the clock moving services has come to an agreement with [redacted] and we have reimbursed her with $800.00 in exchange for her damages and for being late The customer has signed a waiver that she will remove any bad reviews or complaints made against our company. Unfortunately,  she didnt keep her part of the deal and didnt remove any bad reviews. But we have made an effort to resolve this issue and got screwed by her
