Heat Free Hair

I have purchased several wefts from this company. My last one came and was not what I ordered. I submitted a customer service complaint which was not resolved and was told by her customer service rep, which I actually believe is Ngozi the owner, that my case was closed and they would not talk to me. $150 is a lot for hair which was damaged.

Customer service is AWESOME, and I so want to love this hair, however, I ordered the for koils clips ins, and for the amount paid for the hair, I only received 6 pieces. Most hair companies will give seven and it works out fine. Come on, give us what we pay for!

Review: I purchased a product from this company and paid well over $300. I waited close to two months to purchase this product due to the high demand. Once purchased I was never sent a confirmation that it was shipped. In addition, I was shipped the wrong product after the 10 business days. I went on their associated websites to complain and saw that many other consumers were shipped the wrong product also. When I tried to contact customer service via email, which is the only way to contact customer service, I never received an email back. This is not the first time I am ignored by this company. It is very disheartening and incredibly rude that they will not return emails and send out the wrong product. I am still waiting to hear back from customer service but I advise other to NOT purchase from this company. The customer service is horrible and you will only receive automated responses, the product is wonderfully advertised but chances are you will not receive what you purchased. I just ask that buyers beware. This company is very unprofessional and I will not purchase from them again and will also advise others not to purchase from this company.Desired Settlement: No settlement is desired. I do hope in return they fix my order in a timely manner but I will no longer buy from this company and wouldn't even accept anything from them.
