Heat in a Click

2022: I tried to boil 2 used pads for the first time. One leaked out the side, so it was trash. The other, despite boiling for over an hour, stayed cloudy and immediately started to congeal again when I set it aside after finally assuming it must be as ready to be done as it ever would be. I wish there were a way to reach the company to at least ask for a replacement.

I bought a few Heat In A Click products December 29, at the Lloydminster Mall
Get home and could not get the product to work
Went back right away and asked for a refund THEY REFUSEDI said as a consumer I have a right to a refund They stood there and argued with me
I am now stuck with product ***; does not do what it says
Phone numbers posted for this business do not exist and there is no way to contact them as even their website address is not correct
HOW CAN A BUSINESS OPERATE UNDER SUCH PRETENSES?
