drinks from customers on I urpose is right after 2:00AM as is required by Texas Alcohol & Beverage Commission legal requirements. I am assuming you did not purchase your drinks right before 'last call'. Some customers get confused begause Heat Stays open after 2:00AM for after-hours dancing but alcohol must stop being served and picked-up from the bar no late than 2:15AM even though we are still open and the dub is busy. Either way, w are sorry that your drink was taken without a clear understanding of why so we would be happy to refund your $4 .50 for your drink directly to you or if you wish you could be our guest at Heat again and allow us to pay ydur entrance cover charge for you and a guest and provide you two complimentary, single well-mixed drinks to re­pay you for yo r original drink_ Please let me ow which you prefer as a method to make it up to you for your inconvenience.
