Can not reach anyone except SalesApparently there is No "Customer Service" Very Dissatisfied! I ordered $worth of this product on 12/5/ I never received any notice of a delay, just an Order ConfirmationI sent several Emails and left several Voice messages over week and still NO REPLY! The Only way to get a Live person is to select Sales on the phone menuOK, so then I can order More products and not receive them??? Now I have Nothing for my Mom for Christmas :( Oh and by the way, I Was Billed on my Credit Card weeks ago Very Unhappy Customer I never would order from them again Hope fully I will be able to receive my order before the Spring arrives?

Deceptive advertising on Amazon, show three heat mats, you order and you get one mat, no electrical hook up unless you get all three
Hard to contact, stall on turns and fail to pay return postage
Contacted Amazon numerous times and they give you the run around, fill out many forms, never mention return postage
