Heat Transfer Vinyl 4 U

I placed an order with this company and they sent the wrong product, I contacted the company to let them know that they sent me the wrong item which was cheaper than the item that I paid forI spoke with ***, who advised that he was the manager, he advised me that I can send back the incorrect product but I would have to pay for it to be shipped back to them, and they would send me what I ordered (he was aware that I had already used some of the product)I refused this option, [redacted] then offered to to let me pay an additional fee, again I refused because I have already paid and wanted the item that I originally boughtI asked for [redacted] to just send me the product that I order because this was not the first problem with this order (this was actually the 3rd problem with the same order)He refused, and told me to take one of his options or there was nothing that he could doI asked to speak to someone above him and he said that he couldn't because the owner only spoke KoreanI then ask

Hi! Thanks for contacting us! We actually already sent a letter regarding this matter! The customer and I have resolved the case and you can see further details in the letter we wrote! She was basically sent a wrong item and we told her that our policy was to have the incorrect item returned
and we send out the correct itemShe did not want to comply to this and wanted us to send out the correct item while she kept the incorrect item as wellWe told her that is not possibleWe also recommended just giving her the incorrect item for free and she can order the correct item at a later timeShe started yelling and throwing a tantrum and eventually, we complied to her demandsPlease let me know if you have any questions/concerns regarding this matter! We told her that is not possible. We also recommended just giving her the incorrect item for free and she can order the correct item at a later time.
