Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/10/27) */ This customer contacted our company after hours on the day she received her shipment so for that day there was nothing we could do When we spoke with the customer the next day she wanted us to get her the product the same day, which was impossible as we had no warehouse location anywhere near her We offered to reship the product or refund the missing material She stated that she had to have it that day and therefore wanted a refund on her whole order We politely explained that we would not refund her for material she did receive, but we would refund for the material she did not receive The refund was processed the same day, with no delay but only on the material she did not receive We always try our best to make things right for our customer when they have reasonable requests, which in this case they did not We feel that the refund for materials not received was a fair way to treat a customer Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/10/28) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
