We have been out to customer site 3 times now to run test on the system for [redacted] on 10-9-2014 Thursday ( said everything was working great and tested soft )
on 10-7-2014 ( myself went over equipment )  & our team was out on 10-4-2014 on Saturday . I also delivered at no charge to...

Mr. [redacted] a filter 6 cartridges to check the water before water softener , after water softener  and after water softener with someone else chemical injection feed to reverse osmosis system for him to see that the problem is with his chemical feed system not Heat & Treat water softener system. I am not sure that Mr. [redacted] did not change his filter to a finer micron from 5 micron to 1 micron now I believe he is going back to 5 micron . My cell number is ###-###-#### .
