Review: My experience with Heater Craft was not good from the beginning. I called in to inquire on a heater for my UTV. After speaking with [redacted] and being assured that the heater he recommended was complete and designed specifically for my 2010 UTV and that he would ship it to me on Friday January 2, 2015 I decided to place the order. I did not hear from Heater Craft or [redacted] on the 2nd or the 5th. I contacted Heater Craft and they assured me [redacted] would be shipping my heater that day. [redacted] did not email me a notification as promised so I contacted him again on Jan 3 and he told me he had written my email down incorrectly and he would ship the item to me the following day. I sent [redacted] an email with my correct information and he did not even respond to me. I called [redacted] a 4th time and he told me he would be shipping that afternoon. I received the heater a day later and took the heater and my UTV to the local Polaris dealer to have it installed. the mechanics called me later that day and were very frustrated because [redacted] had not sent all of the parts. I called Heater Craft that day and I spoke with [redacted]. He seemed competent a the time and he offered to have the heater picked up by UPS at the dealer and promised a full refund. The refund was supposed to issued on January 12, 2015. I called [redacted] on January 21 and he confirmed the heater and all parts were returned and assured me the credit would be issued within a day or two. Today is January 27, 2015 and I still have not received a refund. In my opinion Heater Craft is not a reputable company and the two employees I dealt with are dishonest and incompetent.Desired Settlement: I want my credit card refunded immediately in the amount of $599.99.
