June 25 2020 Made apt for the serving of 4 furnaces For June 29; 10 am
Tony from HeatEx did not arrive or call at that time .I called HeatEx at 10 30 am .
Tony explained the job he was doing is taking longer and I said to reschedule as I had three tenants waiting
We scheduled for the next day between 11 and 12 ..I notified tenants again .
Tony did not arrive or call
I called at 1pm and left a message ..that he could service the tenants later in afternoon..he did not return my call
