I am rejecting this response because: I have not received any indication that the refund was made or posted to my accountFor this reason I would like Bill H*** to furnish proof that the refund was made to my accountAlso I NEVER called you and told you my name was *** ***! That makes absolutely no senseThe only reason you know my middle name "***" is because when I send an email from my gmail account you receive it and is says my name is *** *** for privacy reasonsHowever, my email address is ***@gmail.com (my first initial and last name)I do not understand why you are still being dishonest, email after email, response after response, your reasoning keeps changingJust do what's right and honorableRefund me my $and move on with your lifeThe longer you keep on, the more negative impact this situation will have on your reputation and business.

Customer purchased product that was designed for and intended for use on a truck still in factory configuration. As it turns out, his truck had had its turbocharger replaced with a non-factory part, so our components would not fit.He called to ask to return the goods and we told him
to proceed to send them back for a full refund. Our standard policy spells out a standard 25% restocking fee on returns. In this case and because he told us he was out of work, we offered to do a full refund.Later on and using the name of '*** ***", he called in to check on the refund. We explained that we had received a package that could not be identified as it had been badly damagedThe package, as received, had been water damaged and torn open on one end. There was neither a legible return address on the package label nor was there the sales receipt, as the customer said he had included. This package could not be identified. Additionally, in our system, there was no record of a purchase by a "*** ***". In a subsequent conversation and when he finally explained that his name was *** *** "***", the mystery was solved and we told him we would process the refund. Now we learn that he filed his complain with you that same day, a step which are greatly offended by. That, action, by him, was uncalled for. Sincerely Bill H***

I am rejecting this response because: Bill H[redacted] is not being honest in this situation and he has still not processed my refund. I have every email between Bill and myself and I would like to turn them over so the truth and the facts can be exposed. I filed this complaint 3 weeks after my return was received and signed for. To this date, even after filing this complaint, Bill H[redacted] has not processed my return. The box being damaged has nothing to do with me. I sent the products back New as I received them. He has never claimed that the products were damaged. My email shows my first and middle mane ([redacted]) when I send an email. However, my email address is [redacted]@...... (j) is my first initial. ([redacted]) is my last name. I emailed him with my full name, address and the products I purchased and wanted to return. I also sent him a copy of the receipt. The box was so damaged that nothing was legible? How did the USPS deliver it to you? Oh yeah just my address was destroyed and the receipt in the box came out before the products that weigh at least a half pound each. The resolution to this complaint is simple. I returned your products, now return my money in full. $179.50. Under your return policy on your website it does not state anything about a 25% restocking fee!

Heath Diesel has some good products, but they fumbled three times on a single order. First, $1200 worth of performance upgrades wasn't shipped for 5 weeks. Oh,well. Then when they finally arrived, one incorrect part. No big deal, they sent a new one. I shipped back the core ECM, and the goofy part, the week after I received the new ones. It's been a couple months and I have no record of a $200 Core Refund on my account. Three strikes. E-mail's still pending. They'll make good, eventually. I'll give it a couple more weeks. ....
