Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Bill H [redacted] is not being honest in this situation and he has still not processed my refundI have every email between Bill and myself and I would like to turn them over so the truth and the facts can be exposedI filed this complaint weeks after my return was received and signed forTo this date, even after filing this complaint, Bill H [redacted] has not processed my returnThe box being damaged has nothing to do with meI sent the products back New as I received themHe has never claimed that the products were damagedMy email shows my first and middle mane ( [redacted] ***) when I send an emailHowever, my email address is [redacted] @(j) is my first initial( [redacted] ) is my last nameI emailed him with my full name, address and the products I purchased and wanted to returnI also sent him a copy of the receiptThe box was so damaged that nothing was legible? How did the USPS deliver it to you? Oh yeah just my address was destroyed and the receipt in the box came out before the products that weigh at least a half pound eachThe resolution to this complaint is simpleI returned your products, now return my money in full$Under your return policy on your website it does not state anything about a 25% restocking fee!
