Customer purchased OSU furniture from us from photos on our websiteUnbeknownst to us the manufacturer changed the style somewhat, especially on the sofaCustomer is correct that items came in boxes and neither of us could see the contentsAfter he picked it up he called and informed us the items
were different somewhat than in photos and on website and he sent us email photos to show usGot the photos and he was correctI contacted the manufacturer to see if they sent the wrong stuff but was informed that's the new and only style they now madeI called the customer and apologized and gave him two options: one, return the furniture for full refundOr two, accept a partial refund to keep the furniture as isHe agreed to accept $I wrote him a check and mailed it the same dayHe seemed happy ---and he cashed the checkStory overNow I get this complaint one month laterSeems he wants another bite at the appleNo wayHis acceptance and cashing of the $check put the matter to bedThat's all he gets and I reject completely any other resolutionAs far as I'm concerned this matter is overThank You, ***
