I understand that I do have a warranty but as I stated her sales rep did not offer nor explain to me that I could purchase addiational warranty coverage that would acutally fix the repair that I have which is a blown head gasket and because of this I have to pay out of a pocket a $1600 repair and still pay a car note on a car that was sold to me. I would have apperatied it I had better help and their sales rep were more helpful. If they are selling cars they should offer a person every possible options because had I been told or offerd I would have purchased the additional coverage which would be cheaper then my repair bill
