My customer Mr *** * *** recently made a complaint that was Submitted on 8/14/and was assigned an ID ***
Mr *** drove the car in with lost engine power(It was unable to accelerate and engine idle speed
kept at RPM at all time) on 07/27/
Technician performed diagnostic check on lost engine power issues, technician testing found internal throttle body assembly electrically short circuits and electrical motor inside throttle body burn up that was the main reason not respond to gas pedal
Technician notice engine running lean, possible due to poor quality fuel or injectors slightly clog upTechnician recommend customer replace throttle body assembly and fuel system cleaning and fuel injection service
After replaced throttle body assembly, fuel system cleaning and fuel injection service
Technician confirmed engine power back to and computer was able to control idle speed at around RPMThrottle motor was able to open and close respond to gas pedalTest drive at parking lotTechnician verified all repairs are done
Customer picked up the car on 07/28/
Around days after customer picked up the car and he called us on 08/09/stated that car was unable to start, can't even shift from Park to Drive position, It needed to have a jump in order to move the shift from park to drive positionWe did not received any phone call from Mr *** or see the the car until he tow car in on 08/08/2017, the car ran for around days before the did not startHe made a complaint for the just work for one dayIt is not true
I told him on the phone, possible battery low on charge or starting issues
Please arranged the tow truck and tow it here and we will charge the diagnostic check that it costs you $ for diagnosis on the starting issue first, after we find the starting issue and get it fix then , we will verify the throttle body that was previously install to see it is the issueHe kept saying you just fixed the throttle body, I said to him, please claim
downAfter diagnostic check if throttle body is a issue, we will warranty on throttle body, diagnostic time charge and throttle body install with no chargeyou don't need to pay anything.
He declined further diagnostic check, so we informed him, the car needs to be pick up within hours at the premises, otherwise customer will be charged for storage $per day (every hours)

Here is the receipt from the shop showing when I picked up car. I will send invoice of tow from there shop very next day. I did not bring my car 12 days later.  I had to take my car to the dodge dealership. Hayward Auto care erased my key from computer.  I had to buy another key and pay for another diagnostic test.
