Heather Hills Apartments

I have lived at Heather Hills apartments for years after having a family member live in the same apartment for yearsIn the last months the level of customer service provided by the leasing office has declinedA simple broken support for a kitchen shelf was fixed with a screw that damaged the kitchen cabinetWhen called to have it properly fixed I was not contacted for a week and once I called back to ask when it would be fixed I was was told it would a few more days, after another week I ended up fixing the shelf support myself out of pocket
Then I found water damage to a corner of my bedroom near the outside wall of the apartmentI immediately contacted the leasing office, after a day the maintenance came in to start the clean up, blowers were set up and I was told they sprayed for moldThe smell of mildew and damp, musty carpet persisted, I was told the carpet would not be replaced but had been cleaned
I'm now dealing with water damage in the same spot and after days I still haven't heard from the leasing office
Not haven't contact during a situation like water damage with a health concern is unacceptable
