In response to this complaint we have had some bad weatherWe have purchased the material and in process on getting this issue resolved

Rejection of company response - Mr [redacted] came out and installed gutter guard although the interior of my built porch that he built continues to leak and a puddle stands on the patio; and a section of the pad my car sits on has a low spot where the water continues to standI still seek the repair of the (2) issues%

I am responding to the complaint by *** ***Mr*** had his gutter pro removed when having a roof put onIt was not removed and put back on by us which will void the warrantyBut because Mr*** was a long time customer*** *** the owner of Paramount Exteriors agreed to have a company
in his area clean his gutters and we paid for thisWe no longer have location in his area and wanted to remedy the issue of his clogged guttersIf the gutters had been put back on properly by our company these issues would not likely have arisedI have attached the invoice of proof we outsourced a company to remedy the matter

THE PATIO IS STARING TO HAVE WATER FROM THE OPPOSITE SIDE WHERE THE AIR CONDITIONAL IS ALSO, IT APPEARS THAT THERE IS A LOW SPOT CAUSING WATER TO COME FROM THAT DIRECTION ALSO, WHEN IT RAINS THE PATIO IS WET ALMOST TO THE DOOR
TO GO INTO THE HOUSE

 THE AWNING IS STILL LEAKING, EVEN AFTER IT  WAS CLEANED OUT  BY  THE BUSINESS.   IS WAS STILL POOLING UNDER THE AWNING  SOMETIMES WATER IS UP TO THE DOOR.
I HOPE THAT THE EXPANSION WILL HELP, IT  IS JUST  LIKE THERE IS NO COVER ON THE PATIO  AT ALL, WHICH WILL FREEZE WHEN WINTER GETS COLDER.&nbsp%3

 Good Morning, I am responding to the complaint below. [redacted] has talked with the homeowner on item number 1.  They have been told they need to keep the aluminum roof cleaned off. Then for item number 2. We are going to go and cut another expansion joint when the weather is permitting.  I hope this helps in what we need to do in order to reply for the complaint.  [redacted]%3

The response from the business did not address my complaint or the proposed resolution and is unacceptable. Additionally they have failed (again) to read the warranty signed by Mr. [redacted], President and Owner. A copy is on file with the Revdex.com and in the possession of Paramount Exteriors. I repeat what I am seeking:
1. Restore performance of the installed Gutter Pro system, as per my warranty dated 6/28/2005
2. Supply me with a letter on letterhead stating they have a copy of my lifetime and transferable warranty dated 6/28/2005 on file, and that they will honor and comply with its terms.
In order to facilitate resolution of the Revdex.com complaint, I will address the response submitted by the business.
Mr. [redacted] is an experienced businessman. He knows that the warranty is binding and cannot be changed by either party. If he thought roof work would void the warranty, he should have included a clause that indicates conditions that void the warranty. He did not.
Not relevant to the warranty: the “roof over” in 2007 by a roofing contractor, two years after the Gutter Pro installation, did not involve removing the Gutter Pro system, which continued to work fine for several years.
I would urge Mr. [redacted] and Paramount Exteriors to read the warranty carefully. Clause 1 states: “If the gutters or downspouts should ever clog with any material, organic or otherwise, for any reason we will send a technician to clean them until they are once again free flowing. This will be at our expense. This warranty transfers to the next homeowner”
They chose not to send their technician. Instead they subcontracted with a local company [redacted] to flush the system. It did not work, as evidenced by photos sent to Paramount Exteriors. The cleaning and restoration of performance, per warranty, can only be done by their technician who must remove the “Pro” (top part), clean the gutter, and then reinstall the Pro.
Per warranty, the remedy was due in 30 days. It is now over 75 days. My gutters are not cleaned and the wash resulting from non-performance is damaging my landscaping. Complying with the warranty is a business/legal/ethical issue. It is not limited by what Paramount Exteriors is willing to spend.

The company reports they are working with the customer to get everything resolved;  and to see about getting a couple more gutter spouts they needed.
