I booked and paid for a session over a year ago... excuses followed and now apparently she has closed shop. Nothing but a fraud that takes money from people at the expense of the children looking forward to an experience that will never happen

Review: In July 2014, we purchased the "Grow With Me" photo package from Heather Mosher Photography. The fee of $1500, which we paid in full before our first session, included a 2 hour newborn session, a 1 hour six month session, and a full hour year session, 50 5x7 birth announcements, an 11x14 image box with 5 11x14 matted images, an 8x8 album, a custom 10x20 canvas, and all digital files on a custom USB drive with wooden keepsake box. Our last session with her was six months ago, after which I indicated to her which photos we wanted for all of the physical prints that came with the package. She has not delivered ANY of these items. The only things we received from her are the digital files, which were also delivered weeks later than promised. She will no longer respond to my emails. When I complained to her about not getting them she kept telling me that I should be patient, yet has not delivered on one physical thing that we paid for.Desired Settlement: We would like the items we were promised and never got: the birth announcements, the image box, the 5 matted images, the 8x8 album, the custom 10x20 canvas, and the USB drive with wooden keepsake box.

Review: The issues are manifold but center around the owner, Heather Mosher's, treatment of this prospective customer. They include:

1) Her threat to besmirch my reputation vis a vis false claims to the local prosecutors office of check fraud when I had actually put a stop payment on a check to her;

2) Her insistence that I pay her a $200 fee for a session I told her I was no longer interested in nor contractually bound to purchase (we had no contract and no date for a session lined up either);

3). Her unwillingness despite repeated requests to provide me with her phone number so I could speak directly with her.Desired Settlement: This woman should not be threatening people who were going out of their way to give her business. She needs to realize she lost this prospective customer when she made it difficult to reach her by phone. I could have mentioned it above but I won't even get into her bait and switch tactics in not disclosing her specials and then making it difficult for me to avail myself of her promotion when I discovered it advertised on her website. It left a bad taste in my mouth and led me to believe all she really cared about was making as much money off of me that she could. All of these negative data points resulted in me seeking similar services elsewhere.

Review: We've been owed and have paid for pictures 6 months ago.

We've reached out to Heather Mosher 12+ times to receive the status and on the rare occasion when she responds what we've been told is untrue - promising us the pictures time and again, with nothing delivered.

Unfortunately, due to her lack of response we feel that this is the best route to pursue in order to, at the very least, get an honest update on where the pictures are.

The fact that she's had our money for one year with nothing in return is quite disappointing.Desired Settlement: We would like an exact date of when we are to receive the pictures and a response.

If/when that date passes and we do not receive our pictures we would like a full refund.

Heather Mosher Photography is a fraud. She uses bait and switch tactics in which she advertises good prices for her newborn photo packages and then doesn't deliver what is promised. She never did our birth announcements or any other physical prints, canvases, or usb drive that were all supposed to come with the package we paid for. Once she gets the money, she's rude, doesn't return emails, and then places blame on you for not being patient with her and not being grateful for what a good deal you received. She also blames the post office for losing things (happened three times), yet never supplies a tracking number. I would NEVER recommend this photographer to anyone!!!!!! She will probably delete this because there are no reviews of her online because she deletes them all so that no one will catch on. She is also not on the BBS because she doesn't want complaints on there either! Bad news...
