Placed an online preorder of photos per email received. Email confirmation states "Please check your e-mail in a few days for a notification from your photographer to select your images for this preorder". Never received that email or a refund. Contacted photographer who stated that photos were never printed and I would need to select a photo and she would send photos. Never received anything. After contacting many more times I requested a refund. No response. Very unprofessional to take money for preorders and not follow up with customers to get their photos complete.
