Heather of HeatherLynne Photography took our advance payment for a family photo shoot that included her giving us the digital images from the shoot. She met us to photograph our family on November 16, 2018. She never provided us any of the photos. Starting in January 2019 until just recently we have repeatedly contacted her through email, text messages, phone calls and Facebook. On several occasions she has expressed that she has our photos and would provide them to us and has never followed through. She even recently in person when we ran into her at a location that she shoots photos told us the same thing. Every time she never follows through and goes back to ignoring us. My wife was pregnant at the time and the photos of our family, our children and maternity photos taken on this date are irreplaceable. It has been devastating not to get them. We have begged and pleaded with her to provide them to us if she is able. We have exhausted every effort to resolve this matter with her over almost an entire year. We do not understand why she will not provide us the photos that we paid for and that she took for our family.

Finish the job We would like most of all to be given the digital images/photos that were taken of our family. All we are asking for is the photos she already took of our family on this date and that we paid her for. If for some reason she has no ability to provide these to us then we would want our money refunded.
