maintenance staff into her apartment to make repairs. When the maintenance tech arrived to address a work order, the resident did not allow entrance and stated that she worked from home and It was not a good time. We made numerous attempts to take corrective action before she finally allowed entrance to her apartment.There are multiple statements in the "Customer's Statement of the Problem" that are unequivocally untrue and exaggerated beyond reason. At no time was the resident ever told that repairs would not be addressed in her apartment. She did call Code Compliance to inspect her apartment and when they arrived to perform the inspection, she would not allow them to enter. The only Issue that was ever reported to Management was a leak next to her patio door and a leaking supply line in her bathroom. Both repairs were completed when she allowed entrance into her apartment.The resident stated that she created numerous emails for work orders and sent them to "Management" but we never received the emails. made multiple requests that she forward the emails so we could ensure our work-order portal was working correctly, but she did not accommodate the request. When• I would ask for specific information from the resident to ensure that we were addressing alt of her concerns, she would cry and make nonsensical statements that did not even apply to the situation at hand. Our Management Team has made every effort to accommodate this resident's requests but no matter what actions were taken, she failed to be satisfied. The resident was also told that she would be allowed to move without violating her lease agreement if she desired, but she stated that she did not want to move and would be staying until the end of her lease agreement.

apartment«The Maintenance Supervisor and I inspected her apartment August 1, which Is the day after her concerns were brought to my attention. Her most recent complaint was that she did not have water in her master bathroom sink. The aerator was clogged and cleared by the Maintenance Supervisor during our initial inspection of her apartment. That complaint was immediately resolved.The window leak that created the window seal damage had been previously repaired by sealing the outside of the window. The window seal sheetrock on the interior was warped and peeling. We have installed new sheetrock and the repair has been completed. We are in the process of completing the exterior repairs including scraping and repainting stairwell rails which should be complete by FridayAugust 11th.I emailed her on Monday August 7th to confirm her satisfaction with the repairs and her reply was "eveything has been taken care of'. There are no work orders pending for her apartment. Also, she has Just recently renewed her lease for an additional 6 months.
