I need to modify our resolution due to the lack of follow-up from Heather’s Pest Control. We were forced to use a different company for the termite treatment because the imminent sale of our home required it. I could not allow a termite treatment to jeopardize the sale of that home. Heather’s Pest Control violated their contract with our home at [redacted] in Hummelstown by not treating our home upon request. For the updated resolution, I want to be reimbursed $650.00 for what we had to pay another termite company to complete the treatment. The receipt is attached to this email. Below this email, I listed all of the communication attempts since 10/21/16.
