There was no communication of what was going on and that they never said they ordered any part Which they took to long to get it back on and they never fix anything rightWe should have something tooken off our rent? Once again [redacted] has poor communication skills and needs to come to u see if there is okIf she can stand out side and smoke all day and stay on the phone Regards, [redacted] ?

The breaker was replaced on the breaker box located on the outside of the building to fix the power from going on and off on 10/30/ [redacted] baited the townhome on 10/for mice and will be back on 11/28/for a follow upMaintenance sealed all holes recommend by the [redacted] company on 11/1/to prevent mice from enteringOn 11/2/I spoke with the resident to make sure everything was taken care of and he said everything is fine besides his dishwasher needs to be plugged back in and I told him I’d put in a maintenance request and that it would be completed tomorrow 11/3/Thank you, [redacted] Community Manager | Heatherstone Apartment Homes [redacted] ***Office ###-###-#### | Fax: ###-###-#####liveBPI | [redacted]

On June " we were notified that there was a problem with the water heater again as well as their broiler element on the oven was out apartment *** ***
Maintenance responded to the request and tried to change the element on the water heater and installed a broiler element in the ovenWe found that he was unable to get the element out of the water heater so we ordered a new one June New water heater was installed June 10th
