many times over the phone, and then found my personal Facebook page, the business Facebook page and my son’s Facebook page and wrote horrible things on all of those. Facebook removed them for us. I refunded her money on November 20, 2017. I am sure it took a few days in the mail. In her defense, someone had used the last refund slip, but she could have just given us her address on the phone or texted it to us. People do that often if we have problems. It is an unattended laundry mat. We clean it in the morning and at night and we are there at random times during the day, but, people missuse paper and other things when there is no-one attending. I do not remember if the said washer was actually broken or she had messed with it so much it didn’t go through the cycle, but, both of those things happen. We have done what we think is right by giving her money back, but sometimes, people want more than it is possible for us to do.
