distributorship) Mike [redacted].  The meeting went well from Steven's perspective, as they discussed in more detail the operation and functions of the equipment we installed. He offered to replace the outdoor unit with a new model, which has since replaced the version of the outdoor unit the clients have.  This new model has a higher heating & cooling capacity, will operate at more extreme outdoor temperatures than the existing unit, and is more efficient from an energy-usage standpoint.  He also offered to replace the flexible duct work we installed with rigid pipe, which will cut down on the friction loss and improve airflow.As I type this (4/18/2017, 6:57 am) we are awaiting response from the client as to how they would like to proceed.
