Hello [redacted],
Thank you for your consideration in taking the time to browse our
products. Over the past few months, we have upgraded our entire
website from our previous version and completely updated and
improved our layout, product information, navigation and pricing.
This entire process has been for the most part, very successful.
However, we do understand with such a transition, bugs and errors
are sometimes inevitable. Pricing is one of the things we take
most pride in here at Heat Press Nation, as we are very aggressive
in trying to provide our customers the most competitive prices
across the industry. When you did see that our website had listed
the Epson WF7010 Sublimation Printer Kit for a $1.00, we do assure
you that it was not our intention to list it at that amount.
Going back to website errors, it is an issue we worked
diligintely to resolve, and have resolved it in full throughout
the site. That price you saw listed for $1.00 would only appear
very rarely and in no way would allow you to checkout your cart
with that amount.
We do have to refer you to our "Terms of Use" policy that briefly
explains about any situations like this. It reads:
"Typographical Errors: In
the event that a HeatPressNation.com product is mistakenly
listed at an incorrect price, HeatPressNation.com reserves the
right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed
at the incorrect price. HeatPressNation.com reserves the right
to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has
been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card
has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
cancelled, HeatPressNation.com shall issue a credit to your
credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price."
We certainly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused
you. We hope that you will take a full thorough understanding
with this response. If you have any further questions or
concerns, you can always reach us at ###-###-#### to speak to any
of our experts.
Thank you very much and have a nice day.
Best Regards,
Review: On 5/14/14 I purchased a Heat Press with this company, within hours I received an email stating that the press I had ordered would be on back order (could take 1-2 additional weeks to receive). I wasn't in a hurry to have the press in hand, so it was not a big deal. I finally receive my press in the mail and it was damaged. I immediately contact Customer Service and I'm able to ship my press back to them and receive a new (and upgraded) press because the one I had ordered was no longer in stock again. Upon receiving my new press I noticed again it was damaged, (I submitted photos to the company via email) but I was reassured by the Customer Service Rep that the foam hanging from the Plate was "cosmetic" and that it would not deter the performance of the press. Since he's the professional I go along with his recommendations on how to push the foam back into the press and also his transfer paper recommendations for the press (to start using the machine). I contacted customer service several times via phone/email in a 3 month time-span, the timer on my press wasn't working, the images were not completely transferring over and it was just a slew of issues that continued to arise one after the other. I finally asked if I could send my press back to them for them to troubleshoot the issue because it was very difficult to explain what was happening via phone. Each time this was mentioned I was told it would be $200+ or more to get that done (which to me would be a waste of money when I paid $500+ for the press - why not just buy a new one if that was the case). I know it's taken me some time to even express my disappointment with this machine, but I look at it daily as a total waste of money. I can't even resale it to anyone because it's inoperable. Customer Service Reps were always respectful and available, however the information they've provided to me has never had any type of value or has never been useful.Desired Settlement: At this point, I know it would be unfair to request a full refund from this company for a press that was purchased a year ago. It's taken me some time to even write this review because I've been so upset/frustrated. However, I cannot just stand by and let this go - I invested quite a bit of money in this machine and I feel helpless and taken advantage of. At bare minimum I would like my machine to be repaired/viewed by the company on their dime and not mine. Two times this company has submitted a dinged up/defective machine to me, and it seems like there is no remorse on their end. When you buy any type of electronic/machine you expect to receive a "Brand New" ding/defective free item - not something that appears to be broken or used. I paid premium price for an item I could have purchased from Craigslist for half the price and that was operable.

Hello,
Review: heatpressnation.com accepted multiple orders over the phone and online but never delivered the products that we ordered. Every time I placed an order, they collected payment, confirmed teh availability of items and then came back saying 'sorry we can't deliver this item because it's on back order. Either you select another item or wait for few weeks or we can refund' This happened to us multiple times.
They dont have right to stay in business if they can't make their commitment and can't deliver the products.Desired Settlement: I need to be compensated for my two orders where they made me choosing the items other than originally selected. Particularly on last order, I have big event where I made commitment after placing and confirming an order with them. Now they are saying they can't do anything. I want my products delivered.

Hello [redacted],
Thank you for contacting us about this. Please let me apologize for the
trouble you've had with your order. This has been a very busy season for
us with fall sports in full swing and Christmas preparations right
around the corner. We did not intend to misinform you in any way. We do
try our best to mark items on backorder on our website prior to it being
ordered by a customer to prevent issues like this. It does look like in
this case that we failed in the respect.
We do understand that this may strain our business customers. We do not
currently have your ordered products in stock. However, they are
returning back to stock approximately mid to late next week. It will
take 3-5 days to reach your location once they are shipped. If you do
decide to keep your order, we are happy to provide a 10% discount in the
form of a refund back to you as a courtesy for this inconvenience.
Please do let us know if you need to cancel your order as well, we are happy to accommodate in this way if needed.
Thank you,
