We have a home in Glendale; it is 20 years old and had an in-ground pebble tech spa about that old. We contacted Heatwave because of a referral to de-commission the spa. They drained it; punched a hole in the bottom; secured the permit to do that and to remove all the equipment; tie off the water and gas and remove all wiring. Then they filled the hole with fill dirt; our only job is to put in top soil and plant our garden. The job was done 100% correctly. Drew (the owner) is a true professional and consistently went out of his way to do all the little extras as well. This guy knows what he is doing and is above and beyond what we expected. We recommend him 100%.

I want to thank Drew and his crew for the great work they did demolishing my pool. My back yard looks great. They were bery professional, honest, and kind.

I spent weeks searching for a company that was qualified to remove and fill in my pool. I ran into "We Fix Ugly Pools" and they said they do that type of work as well. I won't bore you with the extremely negative experience I had with those guys but I want to share how Drew Zanga owner of "HEATWAVE GENERAL CONTRACTING" ended up being the contractor on my job and did an outstanding, professional job. Drew is one of the hardest working people I've had a pleasure to meet in a long time. I have 11 years of construction experience from my younger days and understand earthwork and compaction. HEATWAVE knows exactly how to remove and fill in pools. They are very reliable, honest, and hard working. Drew and his son did the whole job in 4 days. They don't farm out any part of their work and when they start a job they stay with it until it's done to the owner’s satisfaction. They did everything I asked and went beyond the call of duty. People of this integrity are hard to find these days. I grew up with people like Drew and was raised with the ethics and values that he lives by. I would recommend "HEATWAVE” for any construction job. Thank you Drew and your son, Drew for all you did.

Drew and his crew do great work and very knowledgeable and dependable. I have used them a couple of times for roofing repairs and general repairs and they are great, I would highly recommend this company.

Pool demolition, from start to finish, like a well-oiled machine. Job completed in a short amount of time, with incredible attention to detail. Workers and owner were terrific, knew their stuff, were very friendly, and nice to be around. Highly recommend!

We recently hired Heatwave General Contracting, Inc. to remove our in-ground pool. Out of 5 companies contacted, only two responded to our request for an estimate. One was not a licensed contractor, and the other was Heatwave General Contraction, Inc. From the time we signed our contract with Heatwave, until the job was completed, we experienced nothing but stellar workmanship, integrity, and honesty. Heatwave was on time, thorough, and cleaned up the work site completely, when finished with our pool demolition. After several conversations with the owner, we have learned Heatwave does all aspects of home renovation, and remodeling. We will be contacting Heatwave General Contracting, Inc. for future home repairs, and renovations.

I am completely satisfied and would recommend [redacted] for any type of contracting. Burying my pool according to codes,

redoing block wall, fences, cleaning up after and during the job, Heatwave gets a ten. The crew worked liked a team.

Its my opinion Heatwave can accomplish any job.

My home warranty company sent out a company that was trying to rip me off, Heatwave came in and solved the real problem the next day! I can't recommend them enough!
