These are faults statements First of all customer never stated that we could not use water for construction of pool I would never had done a contract if water cannot be usedWe have been having rain that has caused delay in doing concrete Customer states that it doesn't rain at
his house, but everytime we go there its a mud pit The concrete is schedule to be done 6/12/as long as the weather is good

He is still making statements. Regardless to any of thaat why is my pool not in working order?? The pool house has been finished since the beginning of May. Over a month now I see no reason as to why it couldn't be used for swimming by now
