I am rejecting this response because it didn't address all of my complaints Why weren't white leis delivered for the moms? Why did you send me a picture of another florists bouquet and say it was the one you delivered to me? Now I am wondering why my flowers were purchased at Home Depot? Your website says all the flowers are specially picked from local farms My bridesmaid picked up the flowers from you in our hotel lobby and brought them straight up to my room where I was getting ready They weren't ever in the sun in her possession and they were wilting when I first saw them I've google searched several of the bouquets on your website and all of them have been made by other florists in other states I don't know the legality of putting other people's work on your website but as a consumer I find it misleading The flower arrangements on your website should be representative of what you have made

I am rejecting this response because this is the same response I received from the florist before.  It doesn't address any of the non compliance with the contract and it is the email that they sent me a fraudulent picture of the supposed bouquet they gave me (but was actually stolen from a Tennessee Florist website).  I let the florist know the night of my wedding that I was disappointed so I don't know why they are saying it took me days to let them know.

Attached are the emails between myself and the florist.  I included pictures of my wedding day so you can see what I received and the emails show what I had ordered.  My bridesmaid had picked met the florist at the lobby of the hotel, otherwise I wouldn't have accepted these.  When she showed me the bouquet I was so unhappy.  She tried to take it to the florist at the hotel to fix but they were closed for lunch.  Our transportation was picking us up so we were scrambling in fix it mode and didn't think of taking a picture of the fern and orchids sticking straight out of the bouquet of roses.  My friends took this off the bouquet while we were waiting for the transportation to the photos and once we were on the party bus the inserted all the orchids (minus the one meant for my hair) into the bouquet.  You will see this in my picture with my dad walking me down the aisle.  The florist is claiming that is not the bouquet she gave me.  It is, but my friends made changes to it.  If it had been cascading with orchids all around it I would have kept it the same.  Please let me know if you need any more documentation or pictures.  Thank you for your help.  I really appreciate it.  I am so disturbed that she would send me a picture of a bouquet that she found online and claim it was the one she gave me.  It is very fraudulent.  At this point I am most upset about that and a refund isn't my priority.  I just want others to know.
