This woman's complaint is false.She called, as she states, yesterday and DEMANDED that we honor her [redacted] (Purchased NOT from us BUT from [redacted] ).I explained, or tried to, as she continually kept screaming at me, that her [redacted] expired and that we would honor it at the price she paid to [redacted] -BUT that she had to pay the difference between the [redacted] discount and our priceThis is ALL stated on her [redacted] [redacted] ran a day "SPECIAL" at a discounted rate, and it is CLEARLY stated on her [redacted] that it expired on 11/30/and that if used AFTER that date the holder of the [redacted] MUST pay the difference (at the time of booking) between the discounted [redacted] price and our price.Why she feels that I was " rude"is rather strange as I tried several times to explain this to her,but she never let me get a word in.We will ONLY honor this [redacted] (Bought from [redacted] and not from Heaven Spa) on the terms stated on the [redacted]

This is NOT totally true.This woman had an appointment at Heaven Spa and gave us her gift card number to confirm this appointmentWe called, as we do with EVERY client the night before to confirm and it was confirmed by her or by someoneon her behalfShe NEVER showed up and NEVER called to tell us that she was not coming.We have an obligation to protect our Employess and our business, and since she NEVER showed up for her scheduled service, and NEVER called to cancel or re-schedule-AND the appointment was confirmed the evening before-SHE may not use this gift card as it has no value remainingWe tried several times to call her to see if she was running late,but she never answered our calls.Our Therapist would have had another appointment at the time this woman was to come,but since she NEVER calledor ARRIVED wecould not schedule any other client at that time that she had requested and BOOKED with her gift card.We have 100% rating with the Revdex.com And we have been in business for over yearsWe do not EVER turn LEGITIMATE clients away,but in this case we believe the facts speak for themselves

This woman is very unstable..She caused such a problem and threatened our staff by calling us yesterday over 25 times, so that the Police had to be called (Abington Police).They called her and told her NEVER to call this business again and to stop with her verbal... threats.We took care of this matter in the way we decided was legal and appropriate and if she does not like this then she may pursue us in court. Review: I recently tried to make an appt with this facility for a maternity massage. I have a gift card for 103 dollars that is about to expire. When I made the appt whoever I spoke with told me I had a 46 dollar balance on the card. I told her no that I had 103. She said I made an appt on may 18 2012 for a manicure and pedicure that I never showed up for so they took the cost of this service off of my balance on the card. I never made an appt with this place before and yesterday was the first time I contacted them. I am a nurse and I have a two year planner and I was working a 12 hr shift that day. Thies just seems very shady to me. If I really made an appt and could not make it I would have called and cancelled it bc I am not a rude person and I never received a call from this place confirming the appt I never made and nobody ever called me to say I never showed up to the appt I bever made. I am just irritated by the whole situation bc I am an honest person just trying to use my gift card

Our records show that "someone"using her gift card # did indeed call and make an appointment for that day. The person never came and the gift card was charged.

However, in the hopes of trying to satisfy a customer please have her call the manager ([redacted]) directly at [redacted] to work this out.

There wassomeone who used this gift card # to make the appointment she claims she never made!
