When homeowner called to schedule ac check he had questions about the coil cleaningThe secretary explained that the technician would help him with any questions he had.I Owner/ Technician called customer to confirm appointmentI said " Sir I'm calling to confirm appointment and also the office told me you had questions about the coil cleaning."He explained to me that he was selling the house and that an Inspector noted on his report that the coils needed to be cleaned.I explained to the homeowner that most likely the inspector was talking about the inside coil.I further explained that the ad that we were advertising covered the outside coil to be washedNot the inside.OUT SIDE COIL ONLY!! I Further explained that when I get out there I could give him a price to clean the inside Coil if needed.Clean in Place---- $200-300/ Pull And Clean----$900-So Before even going out to the customers house.On the phone I explained to the customer in detail of which coil was covered in the ad specialAlso before going out I explained to the customer pricing because inside cleaning was not covered in the ad special.I asked customer would you still like us to go out there sir? Customer said yes.Upon arrival at the customers house.Customer showed me Inspectors report showing picture of Inside CoilI again explained that the inspector wants the Inside Coils cleanedCustomer asked for price to clean inside Coil I quoted from 200-to clean in place.Which I was able to do with this type Coil.Customer asked if I had time to do it.I explained that I had to schedule the job for the next daySince I explained in detail to the customer about the inside and outside CoilAlso explained the price to clean the Inside CoilThe customer agreed to pay for the cleaning of the inside Coil,Which is what the inspector wanted in order to sell the house so we scheduled the job for the customer and the next morning the customer cancelledWe have no problem with the customer canceling.In our Defense, I explained about the Ad Before I went to customers house and I explained a second time when I was at the customers house
