Review: I had my driveway seal by [redacted] of heavenly asphalt thefirst time did a terrible job I held money until corrected now the sealer is lifting a tracking in my house ive call to get it corrected and no response at all

Review: I hired Heavenly Asphalt (HA) to do maintenance on the driveway at [redacted]. The contract was for patching, repair, edging, crack filling and sealing. At contract signing, I offered to remove grass growing over the edges of the driveway and to clear moss that was growing in spots on the driveway. [redacted], the HA representative, stated that his crew would perform these tasks prior to patching and sealing the driveway. HA did not edge the drive. HA applied sealer over the moss. HA committed to "fill all cracks in driveway." HA filled in some. Cracks ranging in width from 1 inch to .25 inch remain untreated. Rain caused a cessation of work around 5:00PM on the day the work was performed. After HA left, rain washed away the sealing material that covered their crack filler. The result is tan-colored patches in the driveway. I contact HA twice to set up a time to fix issues. HA committed to return both times. No one showed up or called to reschedule. Someone was at the home all day, both times.The moss (over which HA applied the sealer) died shortly after it was covered. When the moss died, the driveway started shedding the dead matter along with chunks of the driveway and the newly applied sealing material whenever it rained. This increased the number of fissures and cracks in the driveway. Finally, HA was contacted to finish their work. It was also stated that a Warranty issue now exists due to the shedding of the sealing material and the cracks increasing in size and dimension. No response from HA.

I want them to satisfy the contract and finish the work on the driveway; to include repairing the damage caused by the shedding of the materials.
