We truly apologize for the inconvenienceIt was an extremely busy time of the ? yearWe did reach out to you and try to set up an appointment for the earliest appointment possibleIf you would of allowed us to come out we could of found the other issue if you would of gave us the chanceWe sent the coil back to Warranty and a leak was found in the upper back right side in the tubular portion of the coilWe apologize it took so long to receive the warranty coil that was due to the warranty process of [redacted] DistrubtionWe apologize for the inconvenience but we can not refund the fees because we was not given the opportunity to help resolve the other issue when we had an appointment set up for that Monday and we had just received the work order on SundayWe would of took care of the problem at no additional charge.?
