Review: [redacted] is a terrific massage therapist. However he missed a scheduled massage on November 7, 2015 with me due to illness, which is acceptable, what is not is that he did not inform me of his illness and did not reply to my text messages (which is how he prefers to be contacted) until November 9. Out of respect for his illness, I did not inquire again until November 18th about scheduling a massage. He did not respond. I texted him again on December 2nd to schedule and again on December 6th. I paid in advance for three massages and have only received one.Desired Settlement: [redacted] is a terrific massage therapist and a terrible business person. I bought a package from him because I wanted to support him and his endeavors. I now want him to respond to my inquiries like an adult business owner.
