1. 8-13-19 Received a 30% email, promo code BACKTOSCHOOL, good until 8-21-19.

2. 8-16-19 Placed order number ***. Total order $56.00. Website would not accept promo code. Placed the order without the discount. Immediately phoned the business to alert them of the problem. Phone: (641) 636-2095. Voice mail boxes for ext. 1, 2 and 0 were full. Emailed [email protected] the following:

Heavenly Organics has dropped the ball on customer service. The website would not apply the "BACKTOSCHOOL" discount code, a 30% off offer until 8-21-19. My order went through full price. I sure would like an adjustment price-wise on my order!

5. Received a confirmation email Fri 8/16/2019 3:53 PM they received my order.

6. Received an email on Thu 8/22/2019 11:25 AM:

We found a pricing discrepancy within our system that affected the list price of our Honey Patties for a very short time. During this time, you placed an order with us and purchased one or more of our Honey Patties. As a result of this unintentional increase of our list price, we are refunding you a portion of your payment.

8. Received goods Fri 8/23/2019 1:50 PM.

9. My total discount with the 30% off is $16.80. No one by email or *** has addressed my issue. Their voice mail boxes are still full.

10. Please examine their reviews on ***. Please ask them to consider improving their customer service. Please ask them to make up for the 30% off.
