Heavenly Tahoe Properties

I own a condominium at [redacted]. I was using [redacted] ([redacted]) as my property manager. She was renting out my unit and we had a signed contract for her services. Her web site is heavenlytahoeproperties.com. In Dec 28, 2012 I sent her a letter which cancelled our contract and I indicated that I did not want to rent out my property anymore. Then at the 2/27/2013 she sent me a letter indicating that there was a pre-existing reservation and wanted to know what I wanted to do. I told her to cancel and she said that she would do so. On 3/7/2013 I went to my condo but was surprised to find a couple occupying it. They stayed until 3/28/2013. [redacted] did not move them so I had no use of my own property. [redacted] sent me a check for $1490 dated 5/16/2013 which bounced. I continued to try to make contact but she did not answer. I have a full e-mail thread of our conversation including dates which is attached.Desired SettlementI expect her to pay $1515 = $1490 + $25 check return fee.
