Tell us why here..Heavenly Tubs has one of the best quality and by far the best price on a walk in tubThis customer purchased our tub after weeks of looking and pricing other tubs on the marketThey purchased ours because of the quality and priceThe customer needed the tub installed very quickly because they were leaving on a vacation in a couple of day's after the purchase and wanted to move their Mom in to live with them when they came back.Normally we our out three to four weeks to be able to install a tub because of the great demand on our tubs When we are this busy we use sub-contractors to help us with our installationsWhen the sub-contractor that we were using finished the install, the customers said it looked greatAfter a couple of days when they got back from there vacation the electrical breaker kept popping when they used all of the hydrotherpy jets and pumps at the same timeThe day they called us we immediately called an electrician in there area and had them fix the problem. Then they called and said that the caulking around the window needed to be redoneWe then sent the sub-contractor right out and put a whole new window kit in and re-caulked the windowEverything the customer did not like was fixed to there satisfaction and they told us it looked great!Everything we told them we would do was done within a day to their satisfactionWe have our phone conversations recorded, all our staff was very nice and professional. The customer told us that our price was several thousand less than other bids they received ( They were not robbed ) They now have the best tub on the market for the best price

Heavenly Tubs has talked to the ***'s many times offering to send out a repair man and fix there electrical problem that really has nothing to do with the quality of our tubWhen the tub was installed the ***'s elected to use there existing electrical hofrom there old tub to the new one to save moneyAfter a couple of weeks they started having electrical problemsWe sent out a repair man that installed a lager breaker in there home at no chargeThey called and said that they were still having problems, since then we have talked to the Mrs***'s several times trying to schedule an appointment to send out a repair manShe said no that they just want every cent of there money back.Heavenly Tubs received a letter dated July 28th from [redacted] saying we have to get the tub working properlyWe have left several messages with the ***'s asking them to call us.We finally got through to Mrs [redacted] on the 1st day of Aug and she refuses to let us come out and repair her electrical, which we do not understand after receiving the letter from her husband.Mrs [redacted] must not let him know about the numerous times we have tried contacting themWe do have a recorded conversation with her telling us she does not want our repairman to fix her problem.Heavenly Tubs like any other product on the market has a warranty if something go's wrong with the tub we are more than glad to go out and fix it, but the customer has to let us honor our warranty buy letting us in to there home to fix it.ThanksHeavenly TubsRick M [redacted]

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Rick
M*** (owner of Heavenly Tubs) has really crossed the line by doctoring the
contract and posting it on the Revdex.com site.
Let me respond point by point
Rick
M*** alleges:
1.
“When the tub was installed the ***'s
elected to use there [sic] existing electrical hofrom there old tub to
the new one to save moneyAfter a couple of weeks they started having
electrical problems.” This is
completely false. The tub never was
fully functional, even after sending a worker back to fix a botched
installation. We already had a jetted
tub in the bathroom and wanted to replace it with a watub. Rick personally visit our home to talk with
us about the Heavenly WaTub and indicated that no new plumbing or
electrical work was necessary. I have
attached a copy of the original contract and you can see in the upper right and
in the box for “Extras” nothing is checked.
Rick posted a contract to the Revdex.com site that he falsified. In the upper-right in the “Extras” box, he
checked “Install New Dedicated Electrical Circuit.” This is a change he has made to the document
after the original document was signed (of which a copy is attached)
2.
Rich further states that “We sent out a
repair man that installed a lager breaker in there [sic] home at no
charge.” That is true, but they
also tried to fix the tub so that the air jets work and failed. After multiple visits to our home to assess
the problem, the repairman gave up and indicated that possibly the tub is
defective and a new tub would be installed by the end of May when a new stock
of tubs was delivered. This has never
been taken care of even after numerous calls to Heavenly Tubs to inquire when
the replacement would be installed
3.
After numerous calls, and dealing with rude
staff at Heavenly Tubs (including being hung up on), Rick states that “We
finally got through to Mrs*** on the 1st day of Aug and she refuses to
let us come out and repair her electrical, which we do not understand after
receiving the letter from her husband.”
The problem does not seem to be electrical since the water jets work
fine, but the air jets do not work and after several attempts to fix the
problem, the repairman indicated that he felt the tub was defective and would
need to be replaced
4.
In Rick’s most recent response (Aug2, 2017)
on Revdex.com site, he again is not truthful.
He states that: “The customers [sic] response in not correctWe have
attached a copy of the contract showing they wanted to use the existing
electrical circuitIt was an addition [sic] charge of $to run a new
Electrical Circuit.” This is a doctored document as indicated aboveIf you
look at the original contract (attached to this letter), you will see in the
left-hand box for “Installation Includes” Rick checked “Use existing amp
electrical circuit assessable to tub.” The bathroom had a jetted tub and Rick
indicated that the plumbing and electrical was all in place to put in the
watub without any additional work required. See the box on the original contract
(attached to this message) in the upper right hand under “Extras” and note that
nothing is checked. Rick posted a
doctored document to the Revdex.com site on which he has checked “Install New
Dedicated Electrical Circuit” after we both signed the original contract
5.
He also states in the message of August
that “The walk in tub is usable and has always been useable.” This
is false.
The tub has never been fully functional and after multiple visits by
repairmen, they failed to fix the problem.
6.
Rick alleges that:
“The problem is in the electrical, it needs to be upgradedEverything works on
the tub except for the air jet pumpsBy running a new electrical circuit this
will fix the problem.” “We would like the opportunity to fix the
electrical circuit, if that is not the problem as we know it is, we would be
more than happy to replace the tub with a new one.” If in fact this is the case, I welcome him to
make the necessary repairs or replace the tub.
However, given the long delay in completing the installation, we believe
a significant refund is justified. If
Rick and Heavenly Tubs cannot take care of these issues in a timely fashion, we
will be forced to take other measure the resolve this dispute
Sincerely,
*** ***

The customers response in not correct. We have attached a copy of the contract showing they wanted to use the existing electrical circuit. It was an addition charge of $375.00 to run a new Electrical Circuit. They were not charged the $375.00. The walk in tub is usable and has always been useable. The problem is in the electrical, it needs to be upgraded . Everything works on the tub except for the air jet pumps. By running a new electrical circuit this will fix the problem. We have called [redacted] several time's asking to come out and fix the problem. She has never got back to us even thro we have called several time's.We would like the opportunity to fix the electrical circuit, if that is not the problem as we know it is, we would be more than happy to replace the tub with a new one. ThanksHeavenly Tubs
