Jeff is a happy, professional, and passionate guy that loves what he does and wants to make sure the customer is happy. He was prompt, took both my husband and I around so we can show him our concerns, and then went to work.

Our carpets look fantastic and you can FEEL the clean when you walk in the home. we have pets, and this is the first time we can walk around without getting hair on our socks! He does a very thorough, deep vacuuming before he cleans the carpet.

Also, we were truly surprised at how affordable it was; especially compared to the quality we have received from much more expensive companies.
