I called *** of heavens best carpet cleaning to come and clean my carpet. he arrived at my home middle of January and looked and said he could clean up the carpets. I had less than 150Sf to clean. he spend 20 minutes with his rotary machine on the carpets and said it would dry in one hour and would be clean. I paid him $65 for the job and took his word that the carpets would be clean. the rugs actually look worse with stains than before he did the work. I have called his corporate office heavens best and sent them pictures of the rug with many stains after his work. they informed me that they called 2X to take care of the matter. I called him 4X in the last few days and he has not gotten back to me. the rugs look worse & smell bad and are making me sick and very embarrassed there is an elderly lady 80 years old in the bedroom where he did the work and she is not pleased or feeling to well. we need to get this matter solved so we can move on and get the rugs cleaned properly ASAP. ty, ***

Refund A complete refund and apology. I know he tryed to clean the rugs. he did not. he has not called me back nor listened to heavens best management team. I need a complete refund and apology. that is fair.

*** Mc *** who is the operator for heavens best rug cleaning in Sebastian, Fl did come to my home yesterday and did put a envelope in be tween my screen door and door with $60 in it.
he owed me $65 and shorted me $5.00
no apology was given.
my rugs are damaged and smell bad too.
