Make sure you know your cut-off date for the three-year all- inclusive tire fix add-on. I missed it by two days and they wouldn't honor it. They did give me a discount on installation, however. Our company has a nationwide account with Belle Tire for our fleet of delivery vehicles. I assumed that they simply made a mistake and forgot to rotate the tires the first time I was there, even though the paperwork stated that it had been done. I pointed this out the next time I was there and asked them to be sure to rotate the tires along with a tire repair. After waiting over three hours, I was told that the work had been completed. I showed the service writer that the tire was not repaired and that they had not been rotated. The service writer did not disagree, but politely apologized for the "mistake" and pointed out that it was the same mechanic as I had on my first visit. This appears to be an honesty issue and I chose not to pursue it with the management, as I will not be returning.
