In compliance to address a complaint against Heaven's Gate Farm[redacted], horse in question does not have EPM and has a vet Cert to be in [redacted] and horse shows. [redacted] had EPM 10 years ago and has showed no symptoms in 10 years.People were given the opportunity to lease 6 other horses in our barn.They...

declined all 6 horses for lease. All of these horses are sound used in [redacted] shows and Riding Lessons and Shows with [redacted] [redacted].I will forward lease agreement that indicates this family was given a discounted lease for 6 months because I cared about this child and wanted her to have the opportunity to ride between lessons to acquire more experience and knowledge.There are no refunds on lease agreements. It is a 6 month agreement that holds the lessor responsible for those 6 months. This family however did not meet their obligation. Even given the opportunity to ride other horses 6 other horses of her choice.Sincerely, Beverly F.
