RELETTING, SHE WOULD BE REASONABLE FOR HER APARTMENT UNTIL IT WAS LEASED AND THE NEW
RESIDENT MOVED IN. I WAS ABLE TO HAVE A NEW RESIDENT IN BY AUGUST 10", 2016.
PER PARAGRAPH 7 OF MS. [redacted] SIGNED LEASE AGREEMENT STATES YOU MUST NOT ALLOW UTILITIES
TO BE DISCONNECTED FOR ANY REASON UNTIL THE LEASE TERM OR RENEWAL PERIOD ENDS.
ADDITIONALLY, PARAGRAPH 8 IN THE LEASE CONTRACT STATES FAILURE TO MAINTAIN PERSONAL
LIABILITY INSURANCE IS AN INCURABLE BREACH OF THE LEASE CONTACT.
ALSO IN REGARDS TO THE APARTMENT INSURANCE, THE SIGNED LIABILITY ADDENDUM STATES "YOU
UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES DURING THE TERM OF THE LEASE CONTRACT
AND ANY RENEWAL PERIODS A POLICY OF PERSONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE SATISFYING THE
REQUIREMENTS".
